Shipping policy

Processing: orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Delivery: estimated delivery is 7-13 business days after shipping. Every order includes a tracking number sent by email.

Shipping cost: shipping is free on every order that includes a MaskVerse. Add-on items (warranty, gifts, shipping protection) are only sold together with a MaskVerse; orders containing only add-on items are charged a $200 shipping fee.

Customs: depending on your country, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages: if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help you right away.
